 The first group saw three birds, two  well in good light on the first day before a  Peregrine moved in and flushed everything  from the area. The second group got four on  the first day building to six on the last, and  once again some excellent views.

Due to the relative early success with our target species, both groups enjoyed a full days birding in the wonderful forest reserve at Kaeng Krachan, a welcome escape from the heat of the coastal saltpans. Apologies if I have missed anything out, birds did seem to come thick and fast!
